We came in to look and drove off in a 2025 Tundra. Kevin made it smooth and fun.

I had a truly excellent experience at this service department. As soon as I contacted them, the service advisor got back to me as quickly as possible. I was actually on my way back to Houston from the Golden Nugget when I reached out, and I ended up having my vehicle towed directly to Toyota. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. One of the things I appreciated most was how thoroughly they went over my entire vehicle with me. They even provided a detailed video walkthrough, which really helped me understand exactly what was going on. That level of transparency and communication pretty much convinced me to move forward with the recommended repairs. If you’re on the fence about bringing your vehicle here, I highly recommend you do—and specifically, ask for Ed. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He kept in touch with me every step of the way and made sure I was updated on the progress of my vehicle. I would definitely give him a five-star rating. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone needing service.

Recently had my 4runner in for brake service with Melvin as my advisor. He was super kind, friendly, and easy to talk with about the status of my vehicle. Additionally, the video that Toyota sends of the inspection is one of my favorite things about using a Toyota dealership.

Mr. Gabriel is simply amazing!!!!!! Every company needs to employ people like him. His mannerism in approaching customers is superb!!!!!

Jacklin from Doggett Toyota of Beaumont was AMAZING!! She made my car buying process easier than I could have imagined. Jack was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had whether it was through phone call or text message. She was very thorough in communication and had relaxing persona that made conversations smooth and easy going. I was really hoping to find something as close to my previous car that included all the packages, and Jack did just that and even better ;) I couldn’t recommend her enough! She’s awesome!

This place is so amazing and they have the most accommodating and helpful, employees. My experience with Doggett Toyota of Beaumont is one of a kind. They have the most welcoming employees and the service they have done with my car is absolutely amazing. I thought I will be there for an hour or two, but it was so quick. Good job!

My service today was excellent. Hunter was very professional and helpful.

My car was diagnosed quickly and serviced as soon as I was able to bring it in for repair. I was given full detail of the problem and service was fast and friendly. I did have to bring later in the day due to low staffing and a longer wait time in the morning. Other than that it was fine in a timely manner.

Love the time and care from Melvin at Dogget Toyota. Explains everything well and despite being swamped takes time to answer anything you ask
